Zip Form Online may be used on any computer, however, you must download the viewer first. THIS HAS BEEN COMPLETED ON THE
OFFICE COMPUTERS. You only have to download if you are using your personal computer. Once you start using the ONLINE version
on your personal computer you should STOP using the DESKTOP version. (This is a Zip Form issue, not a CBRB issue.) The DESKTOP
version is the one most agents have been using. It CANNOT work on the office computers (This is a Zip Form issue, not a CBRB issue). If
you want the NVAR (Virginia) forms, you must buy these from Zip Form. All GCAAR forms are FREE to members.
You MUST add the Transaction Management Fee Clause to the Buyer Broker Agreement or you will be responsible for payment.
